Here’s a quick comparison of the vendors based on pricing and reviews.
Choosing buffet catering packages in Singapore starts with two numbers: your guest count and the amount you can spend altogether. The menu rate helps you shortlist, but minimum orders and delivery charges decide how comfortably the bill fits.
We’ve grouped selected packages from eight caterers into three menu-price bands: budget-friendly below $20, mid-range from $20 to $29.99, and premium at $30 and above per person. These bands use advertised rates before taxes and additional charges. They describe package budgets; one caterer can appear in more than one band.
All amounts are in Singapore dollars. “+” and “++” are preserved where used by the caterer. The menu-specific figures here may differ from general vendor prices shown in the comparison table or profile cards.
Budget-friendly buffet packages: below $20 per person
Start here when you want a lower food bill and a spread of familiar dishes. Check that your headcount meets the minimum before comparing rates.
For more choices focused on lower prices, see our affordable buffet catering guide.
Mid-range buffet packages: $20–$29.99 per person
This band gives you options for a smaller minimum order, a particular cuisine or additional selections. Compare the feature you will actually use.
Premium buffet packages: $30 and above per person
Spend more when the upgraded dishes suit your guests. Two higher-tier menus from this shortlist show what the difference can buy:
Ask which dishes are included at the stated rate and which carry supplements. For staffing, chinaware or themed presentation, request a separate breakdown before deciding how far to stretch the budget.

Choose a menu band, then compare complete quotes for your actual guest count. Send your shortlisted caterers the same event details through their Bridely profiles. Spend the difference on dishes your guests want—the delivery van probably won’t need a premium upgrade.

Browse All VendorsAsk for logistics, tax and service charges first, then work out what remains for food. Divide that food allowance by the billable guest count, including any minimum order. A $1,000 total budget for 30 guests does not mean you can spend $33.33 each on the menu alone.
Check them separately. A package may include buffet tables and food warmers while charging separately for transport or staff. Ask who replenishes dishes, clears used tableware and collects equipment, and whether each service appears in the quote.
