We chose Rasel as our caterer for our wedding buffet dinner in July 2025, and the food and service did not disappoint. From the start, Janet was very reassuring with the way she took care of our food tasting, decor preferences, and on-site management. We really did not have to worry about any part of the food preparation as it was all settled for us as discussed (and we only had to discuss it once!). We received so much positive feedback about the food too - guests loved the mushroom soup, live lamb station, garlic prawns, panna cotta etc.! We really appreciate the amazing customer service and food quality, and would recommend Rasel to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable caterer :-)

The buffet table decorations were tastefully done and added an elegant touch to the occasion. The team was punctual and professional. The decorations were fully set up 2.5 hours before the wedding, and the food arrived an hour ahead of the lunch at 12pm, which gave us ample time to prepare and ensured everything was ready on schedule. A special shoutout to Kate, who stayed until the wedding started and, together with the rest of the staff, helped to uncover the buffet dishes for our guests. She remained for another 20 minutes to ensure everything was in order. Our sincere thanks to Shanlle for her excellent coordination and support in arranging the buffet. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and thoughtful service provided by the Rasel team. Highly recommended for any special event!
