We celebrated our Solemnization at the hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly and took good care of us during our stay. Their coffee, in-house beer and cocktails are top notch! My wife and I are also really grateful to have had Syah as our ROM coordinator! He was so patient, understanding and accommodating throughout the whole process. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and even gave us some really helpful suggestions on how to plan the event flow which made things so much easier for us. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point. He was always so understanding and willing to work around our needs, which meant a lot to us. He’s also such a bubbly and fun person, which made the whole experience feel really comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for making our ROM day so smooth and stress free! We’re truly thankful and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a coordinator who genuinely cares. Relatively easy place to locate and get to. What sets this hotel apart is their cosy atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. A big thank you to Puja for patiently answering all my email queries, and to Gladys for her friendly attitude and willingness to help out with my proposal.
