I had a wedding ceremony at Mt.Faber ballroom last week. It was really fantastic🥰 I'm sure, here is the best venue in Singapore. I did a solemnisation at the 2nd floor garden. It was beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tail. And we had a banquet in the ballroom, the moment the curtains opened, the view was so beautiful that all the guests had a great time. I'd like to thank manager Dave and Nizam for their sincere help every moment. And I also thank all the other staff members. And special thanks to Star florist for making my wedding even more perfect! My bouquet and flower decorations were the best❤️

In addition to the lovely setting, the food was excellent. We selected the 8-course Chinese menu for our lunch wedding, and many of our guests shared that they thoroughly enjoyed the dishes. We would also like to extend our heartfelt compliments to Mae for her professionalism and the prompt, clear responses she provided throughout the entire planning process. Her guidance and reliability gave us great peace of mind. Even with our last-minute requests, she assisted us diligently and promptly, which we sincerely appreciated. In addition, we would like to thank our banquet manager, Nizam, for his calm guidance and attentiveness on the actual day. His experience truly showed, and he guided us seamlessly through key moments such as the tea ceremony, march-in, and champagne pouring, allowing everything to flow smoothly. I attended a friend's wedding lunch at the ballroom today and the experience was terrible. Service staff are very young, unexperienced and unprofessional. The skinny girl with glasses attending to our table at the corner had a constant black face, but is all smiles when chatting with the other servers. She doesn't acknowledge or respond when we order drinks, just giving us a very unpleasant look. She also stepped on one of the guests' foot when clearing our table and never realised or apologised. The venue itself had multiple pillars all around the ballroom which blocks the view of the march in and the projector screen at almost every angle. The whole time we were there, everyone at the table was sweating as it was very warm. Lastly, the food was one of the worst wedding meals we have ever had. Can't believe you would serve this standard of food for a wedding. Sea Bream extremely fishy and overcooked, scallops tasted like fishcake, almost everything was bland and tasted cheap/frozen. Pity the couple that had to pay $200/pax for such nonsense. Book this venue at your own risk.
