was told tht we have over 150 pax when our relatives was not even closed to , had alot of doorgift left after the event and the food still has alot . they started packing ard 3pm meanwhile our wedding ends at 4 . they pack the left over foods but didnt give any to us . putrimas bring outsiders to our event and let them seat on our guest table and has the audacity to say that there's not enough sesting for our family members because we over invited . she also ask my husband relatives to stand up . she herself also occupied one table for herself and when my husband and his father wanted to seat , she said it was for the " vip " . the tables and seat would have been enough if she and the outsiders didnt occupied them without even informing us . the outsiders evem drink and eat from our buffet . ( there wwre like 8 of them ) afterall d'banquet owner and the dj was the best and they give their best and didnt fail us . our family members all are happy with them . ( we use putrimas service but phtrimas change our vanue to d'banquet for the very last minhte . but we are very grateful that she changed our vanue because if she didnt , i dont thiink we wld have a much pleasent time there ) we recommend you to forget abt the faith and go for d'banquet services directlly .

Aunty Mas is Not Honest . What we reviewed to her and suggest what's needed to improve she edited / crop the text and only posted the Good words . I regret using her venue . I do not wish another couple to felt what i have experience it . I couldn't imagine she asked my guest to pick up rubbish and clear the mess . Go find other places fork out more abit. The faith are not cheap either . The service sucks . . I'll not tolerate the words she used to my Guest about the performance i have invited for my wedding , she say " Semak ". To my Guest ? Ridiculous .

"You have to remember you are only paying a budget amount. You cannot have high expectations like extravaganza wedding apa you nak ni semua high expectations" - Aunty Mas. One of the reviews said this and i had received this words from aunty mas too when i went for viewing. Just like her, there are a few other thing she said should have been my redflag from booking it. But i proceeded. The food tasting day was also done on the day another wedding took place. Asking us to view the wedding hall when an event is taking place. That should was the biggest red flag i should have seen. As days close nearing to d-day, my eyes was opened up to many bad feedbacks on aunty mas. My friend’s friend had a wedding there and also made a bad feedback. And i could only how that things could go smooth on my wedding. Despite reminders from feedbacks on the aircon, the place is still hot even-though my event was in the evening. It seems no improvement was done from the aircon despite many couple feedbacks and myself reminding aunty mas on it. Many like myself may be blinded by the tiktok post. Without looking at google reviews. But the food made its way for good reviews. And thats all i could compliment. I had provided aunty mas with a review about the aircon but it was cropped out in the tiktok video. Its unfair she is not doing something about the aircon yet only post what she wants people to see. Thats how all of us become blinded by tiktok
