Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa

We stayed previously in sofitel sentosa several times Always enjoyed the food, pizza and club sandwiches and noodles and butter chicken etc were our regular orders. This time round was no exception and made even more enjoyable as we were given an upgrade to a family suite and it was really the icing on the cake. Thank you Sofitel for making our stay so pleasant and warmth. We love the environment and the friendly staff all around and look forward to coming back again in the future . By the way , my daughter even said she want to have her wedding here . 🫶

For wedding planning all the way to the actual day, we received so much support and timely information from Praba and team. The hospitality we received from Praba, Kosum and the entire team present at Sofitel Sentosa on 2nd March exceeded expectations. From checking in to our suite, logistics assistance and coordination of the entire wedding, the team shown nothing but professionalism, efficiency and 5 stars service! Our guests sang praises of our wedding and I think what makes this team and venue stands out from the other hotels is really the nice little touch, which made the couple and their guests felt really special on the special. A big thank you to Praba and Sofitel Sentosa!

I attended a friend's wedding yesterday, which was held at Sofitel Sensosa. I was a vegetarian this month, but I forgot to tell the groom in advance. I asked the restaurant if they could prepare vegetarian food. Unexpectedly, the waiter was very professional and served me a whole set of vegetarian food immediately. I was very happy. The vegetarian fried dumplings in the cold dishes, the potato filling was seasoned perfectly, and the dipping sauce was amazing; the vegetarian pork belly was very well restored and very delicious; the vegetarian shrimp and stir-fried vegetarian dishes were ordinary, but the taste was not bad. The vegetarian sweet and sour pork was also well seasoned, and the fried rice and sweet soup at the end also went well. The whole dinner was designed very beautifully, and the restaurant was also well chosen. If you want a beautiful and intimate wedding banquet, Sofitel Sensosa is a good choice!

Went there for staycation to celebrate my very first Valentine’s Day as married couple with my wife. Dedicated Accor check-in table is there but not opened and we have to queue 30-40min before get to check-in. Upon check-in, different guest name was displayed on the welcome message in TV. Called the frontdesk/operator to rectify and has been informed that she will get back but no follow-up from her since then. We have frequented Cliff (Valentine’s Dinner), LeBar (cocktail) and Kwee Zeen (breakfast and lunch) with a top-notch service and great dining experience. Facilities are well-maintained and standards are up to the star rating expectation. Overall, I would rate the dining experience as great with average check-in experience and would probablyt return for dining experience but not sure of staying in again..
