We were here for wedding dinner and there was a lizard on our table!! It was horrifying! We informed the groom and of coz he was extremely apologetic. Not his fault. It’s the restaurant. We were subsequently told that other tables had cockroaches and flies in their shark fin soup. This restaurant is totally not recommended.

Attended a wedding dinner here. Venue was quite nice. No pillars blocking and ceiling high. Servers were professional and efficient. Food was ok. The guy controlling the spotlight for bridal march in and sound system could do with some improvement

Very bad...I nvr expected this type of service especially when you are trying to get your customers back after the pandemic. Food - not to shout about. Just normal coffeeshop standard. Service - terrible. I am attending a wedding but my mood was spoilt to the max. Food was served as if we are delaying their report off timing. Plates were stacked up without clearing the old ones. Always asking you if you are finished with the food even when the food is still yet to touch. Overall, there are better restaurant with way better service than this. I will nvr come back to this place or even recommend this place for any function.

Had our wedding dinner here and it was an exceptional experience. The staff really took the initiative to look after me as a bride, and took care of the sequence of events patiently and expertly whenever we were lost and unsure of what to do. They also enforced rules and regulations in a polite and professional manner which was important as some restaurants or event staffs can get quite nasty and rude about it. The food was great and portion was satisfying. Will return here for another meal soon

Am surprised that this Crystal Ballroom is built and decorated nicer than some of the hotel ballrooms I've visited. High ceiling, spacious and with no pillar blocking any view. The dishes by the restaurant was also very delicious. Enjoyed the wedding lunch that day.
