Qian Xi Eternal Garden

This was where we held our wedding. I liked the flexibility of being able to upgrade dishes from the cheapest plan to those that we liked better. I also appreciated other perks that were included in the package including the printing of wedding cards, wedding favours and free corkage. Owen was an amazing coordinator who never failed to respond to my questions and arrange to things I require on the wedding day. Wendy helped me on the actual wedding day, leading us in and out of the ballroom for changing, as well as with the tea ceremony. We were also able to book a meeting room at the Grassroots' Club separately for our tea ceremony which made things really convenient. My guests loved the ballroom and food and we had an amazing time all in all. Thank you so much for helping us hold such a successful wedding! Eternal Garden Restaurant has proved that you don't need to hold your wedding at a fancy and expensive hotel to have a wonderful wedding. Would totally recommend this place if you're looking for a small venue for 50 to 100 pax though they can probably accommodate up to 200 people too.

The wedding venue was clean and spacious. It was not bad. We eventually chose to go with Qian Xi but i had a very bad experience with Torrance. Torrance was really disrespectful throughout the conversation for discussion of prices, number of tables and so and so. Torrance paid no heed to me and talked over me when i am asking questions about the banquet. He looked at my husband the entire time and it was like i didn’t exist the entire time. I felt really horrible because it was supposed to be a gathered discussion, it seemed like my opinion did not matter. My husband even tried to include me but Torrance would just ignore me. Really really horrible experience. But because of time constraints we had no choice but to go with Qian Xi. Thankfully, Owen was really helpful throughout the entire experience and provided lots of assurance and insights about the flow etc. Feedbacks during the food tasting was taken into consideration and food was really good during the banquet itself! Staff service was good as well! Anyways, we had feedback to some of our friends about Torrance and they seem to have similarly bad experience. Beware of this Torrance dude cause he might just ruin your day.
