I did not eat at the place but I was consulting with Rosa for potential wedding dinner plans! She provided excellent service - addressing all my queries with patience and gave me comprehensive information each time
Although the initial coordination of the reservation booking over email was somewhat awkward, thankfully Hana stepped in to finally sort it out. Our wedding lunch party went through really smoothly. The set lunch menu and food quality was really good, and service by Jo and her team was excellent. The private dining rooms were also nice and cosy for our party. One suggestion would be to add more fans, especially in the back changing room area.
We went for my niece's wedding dinner, thoroughly enjoy the service rendered by their staff Fiona. She was very sincere and helpful throughout the whole evening when We were there. We'll done will be back to seek her service again
My wife and I held our wedding here on the 13th of May 2022, and it was a phenomenal experience. We chanced upon this venue while researching on wedding venues and had a meal there. Immediately, we fell in love with the atmosphere and charm of the place. Plus, it was also pet friendly - an important consideration for our wedding venue as we wanted our fur child to attend our wedding. Shuyi, who was the venue/event manager, was with us through the entire planning process. We spent many evenings tele-conferencing with her to change and update the plans as the government kept on modifying COVID-19 restrictions. She was always up-to-date and knew what can or cannot be done. She is such a pleasure to work with. Prive Group, please recognize her hard work :) Restaurant Manager Idris was also another steady fella. This guy was so accommodating and hospitable every single time for the various recce/food tasting sessions. Big kudos to him and his team! Aside from some hiccups (events never ever play out the way you plan them anyways), the wedding day itself was spectacular. Many guests complimented the unique charm of the venue. Food was also good and according to our preference from the food tasting sessions. Thank you Bayswater Kitchen and the team!
We gathered our friends for an intimate dinner after our wedding last month at Bayswater Kitchen and it was truly memorable. They helped us in planning the alfresco dining style (cosy waterfront), the delicious food (meat & seafood) and table arrangements (flowers, color motif).
