Planning a punjabi wedding sangeet is no small feat, and when it came to organizing my sister Ashveen’s sangeet last December, we truly hit the jackpot with Mini. From the moment we first met her, it was clear that she was not only passionate about her work, but also incredibly skilled, patient, and thoughtful in every interaction. Mini went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She took the time to meet with us for food tastings, carefully noting our preferences and offering thoughtful suggestions to suit our guests. She has an impeccable eye for detail and a genuine interest in making sure every element is perfect. Her ability to blend professionalism with warmth made us feel like we were in the best hands possible. What really set her apart was her willingness to go the extra mile — again and again. She opened up the event space for us on weekends so we could rehearse our dance performances. Not only was this generous, but she ensured we had everything we needed during those rehearsals — from lighting and sound support to advice on decorations. Throughout the planning process, her communication was always prompt, clear, and reassuring — a rare quality that meant so much to us in those busy weeks leading up to the wedding. Mini’s calm demeanor, proactive attitude, and unwavering commitment to making everything perfect took so much stress off our shoulders. She anticipated needs before we even voiced them, solved problems before they became issues, and handled every interaction with grace. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to her assistant, Abinav, who managed the beverage arrangements too. He was courteous, attentive, and always willing to adjust to our changing requirements. I highly recommend Plume as an event space as you will have no regrets! I just wanted to express a huge thank you for making our 25th wedding anniversary celebration so special! The venue was beautiful, and everything went off without a hitch. A big thanks to Gaurav Ji for his amazing guidance and for ensuring everything was perfect for us. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Held my wedding reception here with Lynette as our main point of contact. Throughout the process, Lynette has been attentive and showed a lot of initiative as well to go the extra mile. Lynette also gave us some good tips to help us be mentally prepared - which is always important for such emotional events. Other than the good views and exceptional service from the team, the food was amazing, especially the mee soto which we opted to add on. Our guests had nothing but good things to share and I would highly recommend anyone to carry out their events here, especially with Lynette's assistance. While there were some hiccups with an external decor vendor (not Plume), Lynette's team swiftly stepped in to rectify the situation and made the event a huge success. I'm truly thankful and grateful to Lynette, Abhi and the Plume team.

I did my wedding recently in plume ballroom. Very beautiful location for a wedding but was disappointed with a few rules given by the venue. Firstly we were only given 5 complimentary carpark coupons. Its a wedding and there will be more guest 5 was really ridiculous. Most of the places I've done an event the max they give is 10. Maybe the venue should look into this. Secondly my event was at 6pm but the venue only allowed my decoration team to start deco at 1530hrs. My deco team had to rush and they did not have the time to complete the deco when my guest arrive. I was told that there was another event before mine but when I arrive at the location at 12pm the ballroom was set for my event and there were no event before mine. During my event I was also told to clear the deco by 10pm as there is another wedding the next day and they had to start the deco at 10pm. I felt this was unreasonable, why was I not given more time for my deco but the next day wedding they can start their deco one day before? And staff minnie told me usually they will give 3 hrs for the deco team to do. But my question is the next day wedding was given more than 3 hrs. Infact more than 8hr before their event. Both event is wedding and I feel both should be treated the same way. Next during my wedding I planned to do balloon burst and once my balloons arrive the staff minnie was not happy and asked if the balloon will burst ? If it does she said we had to sweep the floor and clear all the sprinkles and balloons before we leave. First time I'm hearing management to ask the client to sweep the floor. Where is the professionalism? How can you ask your clients to sweep the place ? They had enough man power to clean the tables and why can't they sweep the floor for us? This location is a place where there will be birthdays and wedding and balloon popping is common and I feel the venue must be prepared for this and not ask the clients to clean up. Lastly when the event was about to finish the staff keep rushing us to end the event by 10pm so that they can start cleaning the place. I feel there must be a little flexibility atleast max give us time till 1030pm. They also must understand that emcees, dj and deco team need time to pack up their things. Overall I was not satisfied with the management
