I had my wedding in end March recently at MBS Convention and Expo. Thanks to the the following teams, our wedding was cosy, beautiful and memorable. Wedding Planner: Rachel was our wedding planner. We knew she had many constraints but I would say she did her best to accomodate our requests where possible, and made sure everything turned out well on the actual day. Banquet: Our guests were raving about the food especially the cold dish, soup, asparagus scallop and chicken. Service was very attentive, and staff kept refilling drinks and clearing dishes away. The two wedding favours, room spray and wardrobe aromatherapy, were nice and presentable. The flower vendor Peony did a great job for the decor of the ballroom. Hotel: We were given the Premier room for our package. The Premier concierge service was impeccable. We were met by the team at the lobby upon arrival and check in was done in the room. Our room was on high floor and the view of the bay was spectacular. The team delivered complimentary champagne and chocolates for our special day. What a nice gesture. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

The event manager, Rachel Ho, was very attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond in making our wedding a pleasant and memorable event. Her experience helped us immensely during the planning as she guided us on timeline and decision-making. Everything was arranged promptly and perfectly for us, including special requests. She made our wedding planning a much less stressful process for us, which was a huge plus point which we appreciate deeply. The dining banquet hall was big and spacious, and the decorations were beautiful as shown in pictures. Food was sumptuous and delightful. Our package included a night stay in the wedding suite. The room was big and had an excellent view of Gardens by the Bay and the sea, a stunning view to wake up to in the morning. It was luxurious and much needed relaxation, especially after the wedding night. Premium service team were ever-ready to assist us, anticipating our needs to provide us with an exceptional experience. Special shout out to Andre and Celeste who arranged for chocolates in our room and even gave us a thoughtful souvenir to let us remember our wedding and stay at MBS.
