Five stars for the incredible service we received at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, especially from Jason, our POC for our wedding prep.<br><br>We popped in for a last minute recce without an appointment on a late Saturday night. At first, we were turned away by the counter staff but Jason went out of his way to rush down to open the banquet hall doors and lights - going well and beyond his job scope.<br><br>His attentiveness and professionalism really stood out. We really appreciate his thoughtfulness and attention to his customers. Thank you :’)

Recently, we held our wedding lunch at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Singapore Novena by IHG, and the entire experience was nothing short of wonderful. From the ballroom setup to the catering, coordination, and accommodation, everything was smooth and stress-free.<br><br>The ballroom was beautifully arranged, the food was delicious and well-received by our guests, and everything ran perfectly on schedule — all thanks to the dedicated and professional staff. Most importantly, the package was very reasonably priced for the quality and level of service we received. It was truly worth every dollar, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish.<br><br>One small note: while the hotel did provide us with special room rates, we noticed that prices on third-party sites like Agoda were slightly lower. It would’ve been even better if the hotel could match or beat those rates for wedding couples and their guests.<br><br>That said, a big thank you to the team at Holiday Inn Novena for helping us create such a memorable and joyous wedding celebration. Special thanks to Daniel and Irene, who supported us from the very first site visit right up to the end of our big day.<br><br>We highly recommend this venue to other couples looking for a great experience at great value.
