Everything ran smoothly, and our guests were impressed. The attention to detail was evident, and we felt completely taken care of. The AV team provided exceptional support as well. Their thorough pre-event testing ensured a smooth setup, and their on-the-day assistance was invaluable. And of course, we must commend the chef and the culinary team. The food was delicious! They say 5 star quality but that was not the case at my neice wedding held there recently One - room service was very very bad and slow- waited 1/2 hour for a bucket of ice Two - the food at the reception. Especially the butter chicken was raw - I wonder what kind of quality checks do they conduct or do they even do it.. they certainly need to check their SOP to improve better

Went there to attend my nephew's wedding dinner. Food was OK,nothing to wow about. Service was slow. Worse there is only 1 lift that lead to carpark. it was a super.......long....wait for the lift after dinner has ended. Guess it is becos it is a super old hotel. They shd consider doing some upgrades or renovation.
