If a zero star was possible i would give it to match Arni Wedding’s level of professionalism, ZERO. The space is very cramped and quickly got hot once people started coming in. You couldn’t pull out your seat without hitting somebody else. What was promised was NOT delivered. The decorations were totally not what was discussed and when confronted the day before to make changes they were totally not accommodating. Ordered and paid for a specific menu and they messed that up. 3 out of 6 dishes were wrong (eg: ordered sambal goreng pengantin but was given sambal goreng tahu tempe). And the rest of the dishes were not up to standard. Arni was totally unprofessional during the event and did not ensure our needs and wants were met. Her own entourage took up so many tables that our own guests did not have tables to sit at. Overall, it felt like a hostile takeover by the vendor and the event was a total mess.
