I shot a wedding here and really impressed by this venue. The lighting is great, service is good and the whole vibe is wholesome! Can't wait for my next shoot in 1-Atico.

Recently attended tge 1-Atico at Ion Hotel at 55th level weekend lunch Wedding Occassion. My feedback below Disappointed : a) Not easy to find the place. As need to walk to Level 4, then walk to a path, then take a lift to 55th floor. b) The Serving staffs are not prompting to serve drinks when guests are seated down. Need to ask/waved to the waitress/waiters then they come and attending us. c) Not concentrated and up and down stairs at Wedding dinning tables are at level 1 & 2. d) Foods Served, small portion as out of 5 foods, the Mushroom soup seems quite okay. The beef piece eaten, not so nice, as no Ohm. The last dessert like chocolate, too sweet and “Greatrad”, too sweet to eat. A few of the guests either didn’t touch the last dish chocolate dessert or seen eaten 1 or 2 mouths then leave it aside the chocolate desserts, wasted foods. e) When the bridesgroom 新郎 was giving speech with the bridge 新娘 on the platform Thanksgiving to the parents, sorry to say the lady Mc was just said standing at the back of them there and listening to the bridesroom his speech. Which suggest the picture should let only the new couple themselves to stand there themselves of the speech. And the lady M.C can stand at the back of the curtain till the speech finish, then come out of the curtain to talk. Rather can be seen the M.C lady to just stand at the back of this couple tgwew, felt a bit “ought qut”. Sorry to say that. f) At level 1 the balloons decoration taking photos session, 5 people standing taking photos, seems already packed standing already. Overall experience Wedding dinning lunch disappointment and foods not so nice to eat ☹️☹️ Don’t feel good of it. Although the 55th floor glass Scenery is nice only. Thank you

I was there for my friend’s wedding in the afternoon. I’ve been there too for dinner long ago, and it was very romantic. As for lunch, since this is a mass cooking for a wedding, I’ll review it based on it. The food was just average, and the fish wasn’t up to the standard the price we paid. As for the service, it wasn't good. The groom told me he placed a 500$ tab for anyone who wanted to drink more; when our table asked for alcohol, the waitress, waiter, and manager told us no more alcohol. The groom was furious after learning what had happened. One bald manager or supervisor acted like a gangster, talking to people like coffee shop uncles with nasty tones and manners. The ambient was ok, just a bit tight for photo taking and going to the washroom since it had long tables side by side.

AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE COMPLIMENTARY PARKING. AT ION THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO BETTER. Maybe for a drink with friends I would tecommend for the view but thats about it.
