This is my 4th time eating their food, but we have ordered from them personally 3 times over a span of >8 years. We always order the $13.99/pax menu due to the fact that they have one our favourite/their best dishes - orh nee! Over the years we have ordered from them, each time the dishes are still as good as the first time we tried out their food, that's why we keep coming back to this caterer. Some dishes recommended: - Fried Bee Hoon - Smoked Duck w/ Black Pepper - Curry Chicken - Curry Veg - Braised soft bone - Braised pork bun - Sweet and Sour fish - Kailan w/ mushrooms - Orh Nee Recently ordered for a 150pax wedding, and ALL guests have nothing but compliments to YLS Catering for their delicious food and punctuality. Everyone was hounding for the curry chicken and orh nee! Literally all trays were cleared at the end of the wedding! The only gripe I heard was that there wasn't enough mushrooms with the kailan, and that there wasn't enough fruit punch - I hope they can improve on that. Overall, I will never stop recommending YLS Catering to everyone who needs to host a buffet. I have no regrets choosing YLS. Please keep up the good work!
