Not recommended. Service and standard didn’t meet with the price that the couple paid. When the ballroom is opened to family of the bride & groom, decor not completely done, flowers, the dais not set up properly and not fully set up even after the reception started. And when the family of the bride & groom requested for the person in charge, nobody take ownership and didn’t take calls from the family. Very disappointed from the start. The wedding planner should do something to prevent couples having their dream come true wedding, become a disappointment.
Really disappointed with the service..when the wedding is on going, i was shocked they start to bring in the decor in..the stage flooring also didn’t put properly..many people almost trip and the decorations is also not in good shape.. one of the decor almost fall and lucky didn’t hit the wedding cake…and instead of using a glass cup for the groom and bride, they use plastic cup instead..the price does not match the service the services… other than that,the food is nice..staff friendly.
Very poor service, not flexible, giving couples a hard time and definitely hard to cater if you have any request.
