We engaged Phan to do our pre-wedding video. He was v welcoming and friendly during the e-meetup to discuss the plan. During the actual shoot, he made us comfortable around him and gave us tips on how to be natural in front of the camera. We just received our video this week, and we are so impressed by the quality of his work! :) Phan’s work really exceeded our expectations and we really appreciate him going the extra mile, especially how much effort he put in for the storyboard! We searched high and low for a AD videographer and we are glad to have engaged Phan for our wedding AD video & prewedding shoot. From the beginning, Phan was very professional and helpful with our enquiries. On top of the original and creative ideas he had during both our shoots, he also did a great job in listening to the basic directions we had in mind and built upon that. I loved how Phan captured and timed the shots of our loved ones that match with our speech perfectly. We engaged Phan for our intimate solemnisation, and he did such an amazing job capturing the key moments so beautifully within the short ceremony! 🥰 We appreciated how patient and genuine Phan has been from the start till the end. He was prompt in replying our enquiries (even at midnight- so dedicated and hard working!!). Very sincere throughout our zoom meeting prior to the ceremony to run through the itinerary and ideas, we knew we were in safe hands! On the day of the solemnisation, Phan and Xinyi were very professional. They came on time to set up, walk us through what to take note of and directed us patiently. They were also very encouraging which made us (2 very camera-shy ppl) feel at ease. Phan also very kindly provided us with screengrabs (pictures) from the video and even gave us a guide on how to plan our actual day wedding. How sweet is that!! The final video was 🥰 we can't express our gratitude in words- it was beyond what we expected!! Phan was a great videographer for our Pre-Wed & Actual Day coverage. He’s always co-operative & proactive as he does his own “homework” before the event so that he knows the direction & style to be shot during the event day which results in time efficiency.
