Peiyi and team has been an absolute godsend. Peiyi is incredibly patient and reassuring - a source of comfort in the run up to the wedding. Given that we were planning the wedding from abroad in a different time zone, Peiyi has been very accommodating with calls and messages. She is responsive, experienced and always has solutions to problems. It is clear that wedding planning is Peiyi’s passion. The PEI team knows how to run a wedding - the team reads the room well and is attentive to the couple’s and their family members’ needs. We were initially hesitant about engaging a wedding co-ordinator as we had envisaged an intimate event and boy, were we glad that we went to Peiyi! The wedding to-do list is an endless one and the last thing you want is to worry about smoothing out the bumps on the day! Peiyi’s work ethics is unparalleled and we cannot thank her and the PEI team enough for going above and beyond to ensure that we get to enjoy our special day without any worry. TLDR: I was hesitant at first but now I thank god that I engaged Pei Weddings. Being a typical ordinary Singaporean guy, I had my doubt when my fiancée brought up the idea of engaging a wedding coordinator. Reason being I never seen one in any of my friends’ wedding. But then I recall, all the actual wedding day was always chaotic and messy. The groom and bride are always overwhelmed with different sudden situations. After careful consideration, I concur with my fiancée decision and decided to hire Pei Weddings as our coordinator. It eventually turn out to be our best decision ever. From months prior to the wedding, Pei Yi had been involving in our wedding planning. Giving us ideas, timeline, reminders, things to do, things to buy, decisions to make and the list goes on. It helps us a big time. It allows us to pace our wedding planning as we have a clear and detailed plan. There are a million times to do and prepare for a wedding. There are things need to be prepared that you won’t be able to think off, if you are doing it without professional help. Not even with help of Google. I hate the idea of having to deal with last minute decision making. It gave us unnecessary panic and slow down the whole planning process. Pei Yi is responsible. She understands that our hotel is new and the hotel staff are unfamiliar with the AV system. She spent time with the hotel staff to ensure that our AV planning can be carried out ideally. On the actual day, I am impressed by her work ethic and management skills. It all came from experience and knowledge. She literally takes on the toughest role and makes everyone else life easier and better on actual day. Myself, my wife, my groomsmen and my bridesmaids only have to focus on having fun. The heavy workload of coordinating and dealing with issues are left with our wedding coordinators. Being a perfectionist, I have a lot of boxes to tick off and I want to achieve the best for my wife. Our actual day schedule started from early wee hours and event-packed until end of banquet at late afternoon. Without the help from Pei Weddings, we would definitely not able to pull this off. Thank you Pei Yi for helping us to realize our perfect wedding dream.

For the initial meetings, she understood perfectly what we wanted, came up with a great timeline and thought about everything in between that never crossed out minds. I had multiple issues with planning everything but Peiyi managed to smoothen out all the creases, went above and beyond on the actual day. EVERYONE sang praises of her - professional, efficient, always one step ahead, friendly and approachable. Even my mom that doesn't believe in Coordinators decided that definitely having Peiyi's help made everything run much smoother on the AD. Funnily enough, she was the one that came up to me after everything and praised PY and team! She was super attentive to all of our needs, giving me a pep talk before my first walk in, running up and down the banquet and my room to make sure that I have everything I need. She always made sure we were on time, which was super helpful especially when we got carried away with things, made sure to settle all the important/ essential things. Thank you Peiyi and Team! Our wedding would not have been so smooth and successfully carried out without you guys! Had so many people asking for her contact to plan their future weddings, which I believe, she'll always go beyond expectations. <3

Hey Peiyi! We just wanted to say a big big THANK YOU to you and your team for everything you have done for us on our wedding day! There was honestly no way we could have run the show without you and your team. From the prep work stuffs like advising on the sequence and activities to hold, and patiently explaining to me the rationale of why’s and why not’s when I came up with crazy ideas, to actual day stuffs like taking care of me and my hair for photos, helping me with my dress changes, coordinating all the vendors and ensuring everything was set up nicely, and guiding us from one key event to the next, you did it all like a pro and so effortlessly. Your attention to all the little details was so impeccable, ensuring that all my little requests were fulfilled like getting me my champagne as liquid courage before the 1st march-in and photos by the staircase. To be honest, I actually forgot about these in all the busyness of getting ready and changing, but you made sure every single little thing was covered (As lame as it sounds, I would be so sad and regretful if I forgot about these!) With so much happening that day, I was able to remain calm and live in the moment as the bride, and Loon as the groom could just chill around and drink with guests, all thanks to you and your team working tirelessly behind-the-scenes. I clearly remember myself just sweeping the ballroom to look for you everytime I needed something or had a question and you would be right there, which was so helpful and reassuring to me. Our parents complimented that you’re really an all-rounded professional who is on top of everything (it’s not easy to get compliments from my dad btw!)! We also received so much feedback from our parents’ friends and our own friends that this is the best wedding they’ve ever attended and they really enjoyed themselves from start to end. It’s really nice and heartwarming to hear all these and full credits go to you and your team. Looking back, I still remember going straight to you one day in Nov 2022 and I didn’t even bother enquiring with other wedding coordinator vendors. I had 100% faith and trust in you the very moment we engaged you, and you sure proved me right. Thank you for helping me to prove to Loon that I’m always right HAHAHA 😜 you also changed Loon to become a believer of wedding coordination such that he is now recommending and referring friends already!
