Made a decision to hire The Wedding Guru as our actual day coordinator and it was the right decision. Alex is very responsive and we knew he will be very responsible and will handle our things nicely from the day we met him in person. He helped us alot during our planning period and allow us to feel less stress out. Eileen and Nicole were very helpful on the actual day, though there were some hiccups here and there, but everything still managed to complete smoothly and successfully in the end. We also hired Chloe (Wlog) to do our video content as well to have memory of our big day. All 3 of them were great and big thank you to all of them. If you are looking for a wedding planner team that is reliable and doesn’t charge exorbitant prices, please approach The Wedding Guru and look for Alex and his team. Thank you!

The coordinators (Eileen, Yen Ling and Chloe) were professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They even helped to wash the utensils and clear the rubbish after the lunch reception at our house. Our Emcee (Linda) was fantastic—warm, engaging, and kept the celebration flowing beautifully. Thank you for all your hard work and for making our wedding day truly unforgettable! Highly recommended!

Hiring Alex and his team to coordinate our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made. The biggest thing for us was that my husband and I could truly enjoy our wedding day without worrying about the schedule or the countless little details happening behind the scenes. We were able to be fully present with our family and friends, knowing everything was under control. We also had our baby with us throughout the day, and the team was amazing with her. They were incredibly patient and attentive, and they were just as wonderful in helping to manage our elderly family members, making sure everyone was comfortable and knew where to be. Alex and his team went above and beyond, and their experience really showed. We hired The Wedding Guru for our wedding on Dec 2025 and here is our feedback. We met up with Alex and we went through with him how our process will be like for the morning (fetch the bride location etc) and he gave us a brief run through of how our wedding timeline will be like before coming up with a very detailed timeline of the schedule. Me and my wife find having a professional wedding coordinator really helps take the stress off. Definitely worth it! Cheryl: Jiamin was thoughtful in holding my long and heavy dress. ensuring that my dress looked nice throughout the photoshoot. Good communication between the team. Chris: Ken was professional and proactive in keeping to the schedule and timeline and the reminders. Overall, we felt that the communication was smooth throughout between them and our vendors and also our bridal party. Giving time check and also reminders of what to do (to remember to smile during march in, to look at our guests etc) and in a way calming our nerves too. Making our day less stressful and allowing us to fully enjoy the process and experience! Edora: Good in managing the audience and there was no awkwardness at all. Very natural and ensuring every one is paying attention to our videos for the questionnaire. Love it! And came prepared with bingo cards (we forgot about it!) Room for improvement: there was a missing baby chair for table 9. And missing one chair for B&G table.
