We met up with Alex and we went through with him how our process will be like for the morning (fetch the bride location etc) and he gave us a brief run through of how our wedding timeline will be like before coming up with a very detailed timeline of the schedule. Me and my wife find having a professional wedding coordinator really helps take the stress off. Definitely worth it! Cheryl: Jiamin was thoughtful in holding my long and heavy dress. ensuring that my dress looked nice throughout the photoshoot. Good communication between the team. Chris: Ken was professional and proactive in keeping to the schedule and timeline and the reminders. Overall, we felt that the communication was smooth throughout between them and our vendors and also our bridal party. Giving time check and also reminders of what to do (to remember to smile during march in, to look at our guests etc) and in a way calming our nerves too. Making our day less stressful and allowing us to fully enjoy the process and experience! Edora: Good in managing the audience and there was no awkwardness at all. Very natural and ensuring every one is paying attention to our videos for the questionnaire. Love it! And came prepared with bingo cards (we forgot about it!) Room for improvement: there was a missing baby chair for table 9. And missing one chair for B&G table.
