Octopus Reels | Video Guestbook & Wedding Experiences

Heard about Octopus Reels from a friend and decided to engage them for their video guestbook service for our wedding. The entire journey with them was super smooth: – Effiency and detail oriented – Whatsapped them, and the entire time from start to finish, they were super responsive and helpful. Very on the ball too, did not have to worry about reminding them about details and all that. – Price transparency – Very transparent and clear about pricing and package tiers/what are the various inclusions. What you see is what you get (in the best way). I really appreciate that especially when some other vendors may choose to be more opaque about their pricing because of competition. It made our decision making process much smoother. – Excellent set up – my friend was the one liaising with them on the actual day and she was sharing how meticulous they are, where they even advised and worked on finding the best spot for the video guestbook with regards to the best lighting. Instead of just setting up at the spot we had allocated for this, they made sure that the video guestbook was set up in a way that would really provide the best experience and output for our guests and us. – Thoughtful – aftercare – they offered their keepsake box complimentary, which included some snacks, stickers, handwritten notes from our guests, and of course the thumbdrive of files. It was is a really sweet gesture, and I really reccomend getting thi because it made the whole delivery of the video files much sweeter and more memorable for such a special day. And it was delivered straight to the doorstep. – Efficiency – the keepsake box was delivered 10 days after our wedding. Amazing! – Quality – the quality of both the video and audio was SO AMAZING. It's really crisp and clear, and they even did some editing, it seems, cos the clips look really good. The audio, which they had told me was like podcast-level, was INDEED like listening to a clear podcast. I think one of the best sound system I've heard so far for this service. Watching the video reminded me of our wedding day again and brought back all the happy and joyful memories of the day. SO lovely to hear our friends speak to us as well, especially as, for so many weddings, you may not get to speak to everyone as much as you'd like, and with this, it's heartwarming to see/hear your friends so happy and congratulating you. Can't recommend Octopus Reels enough for making our wedding experience so amazing.

Really glad to have stumbled upon Octopus Reels and engaged their Video Guestbook for our wedding! I actually compared a whole list of vendors who offer Video Guestbook options in SG, and went with Octopus Reels because 1. The pricing was really fair and competitive compared to other vendors 2. Edmund was super quick with his replies (always replies within the day or next!) - and is just great and easy to communicate with. He also has this beautiful red phonebook that fit our venue perfectly with a wonderful setup of white stands + how-to instructions. Although I wasn't able to witness the setup on the day of our wedding since I was too busy - everything went smoothly and no complaints at all from our bridal party who were handling everything. After the wedding, Edmund reached out quickly to us (within the next two days!) to follow up which I really appreciate. Will update again when we receive our guest videos but so far it's just been a wonderful experience. Thank you again Edmund! :) Edit: Edmund delivered the footage in a beautiful keepsake box on 20 Jan, just 3 days after my wedding on 17 Jan! the box is great quality and was filled to the brim with goodies - chocolates, a personalized magnet & of course - our video messages in a very pretty thumbdrive! He also took care to stitch them together into one long form video, in addition to the individual files. It was such a great experience to relive the wedding day through our guest messages and my husband and I really enjoyed rewatching it. Just to add - after speaking and enquiring with so many different vendors for my wedding - I really do get the sense that Edmund takes great care in what he does & is genuine in his service & pricing - all of these are so important for wedding planning to give you a peace of mind when you already have to deal with so many different moving parts. Would highly recommend Octopus Reels to others!

We engaged Edmund for our wedding on 19th October 2025, very professional guy with a wealth of services to offer that can add value to your event. His video guestbook is one of the best priced on the market (I have reached out to 20 over vendors so I can vouch for this) and is a flat day rate charge rather than add-on charges after 2 hours or so. Better video quality than the rest although the audio can sometimes cut out depending on the angle the phone is held, he also only has an accordian stand set up at the moment so would look forward to see if he plans to expand his selection. He even added on a free gift box complete with stickers, chocolates, all of our guests' notes/drawings from the event and a USB drive with the individual clips and compiled clips of the videos. He was also flexible enough to bring in a whole new mirror with no add-on fees for my wedding signage, to be able to deliver the vision that I wanted (cloud/wavy mirror) and for that I am very appreciative. Would highly recommend to engage him!
