• Mirror or 360 booths create a more theatrical experience but generally need more room and active participation.
• Digital booths prioritise quick sharing and reduce printing logistics.
• Video guestbooks and hybrid booths capture spoken messages in addition to photographs.

Ask how many guests the booth can process per hour, whether every person receives a print, what happens during printer downtime and whether an attendant remains onsite. Confirm the required floor space, power, internet dependence, setup window and whether the booth obstructs banquet service.

Review the actual print layout, backdrop dimensions, lighting, prop quality, digital gallery, file-retention period and permission for the vendor to reuse guest images. “Unlimited” should also specify sessions, prints or both.

Match the booth to the guests most likely to use it, then pressure-test the queue and space requirements. A dazzling setup hidden behind the banquet service door is technically still entertainment—just for a very exclusive audience.
