Memoire Events Management

0 star for the rating if I could. Booked my venue and deco under Memoire 1 year and 3 months PRIOR to the actual wedding (Dec 2023). No booking was made, nothing done at all. Only got to find out in Aug 2023 about his true colours. All this while, no communication was established, clients have to chase after him for a response. Scammed us by taking our money and make no booking at all. We’ve lost a total of $5250 and not a single cent has been returned till today. Over promised and not delivering at all! Future couples who are getting married, please be careful! He goes by the name Daanish Shah. PS he has opened another page under the name of “The Decor Hub Pte Ltd”. Please keep a look out!

would rate this 0 if i could. crazy unprofessional getting his wife involved. messed up other peoples wedding & refuse to return our money. 0 communication & the slowest response. no way he would ever run a function properly, shared my feedback that i felt that their deco was not to my liking and the response was “this is hard work”. Work with other companies, subbed out our booking to another company and now that we want to cancel, it would be him breaking his contract with the other company. Not allowed to cancel 5 months before even though he has recent issues of not booking events and bad work ethic. Just a terrible company, hope nobody goes through what i did with this company. Goes back on his words, twist and turns. Just a dishonest company that will try to rip off your money. Do not engage or liaise with then. Lost $6300 of my hard earned money.

To say that it was a disappointing experience for not just us, the immediate family, but also the guests that we had invited would be a huge understatement. We cannot express how betrayed we felt that the key elements, that we paid more for, failed to meet our expectations or even the norm. The buffet tables were not assembled on time neither was the food, the dishes that we had ordered were not the same on the day itself, and we had a few hiccups even during the wedding tasting. Thankfully, we had other external vendors (cake, photo-booth) that made the guests entertained while waiting for their food. Shah also went MIA often during the event and my family, who were supposed to be sitting or interacting with their peers, were often caught wandering around trying to locate Shah. Our event started an hour late due to Shah and his poor management. We would have appreciated if his team conversed in basic english to help us troubleshoot on the day itself. However, we were told later that his staff spoke little english and even got annoyed at a few of our guests announcing that they were short-handed. Again, we were given no heads up for any of these shortcomings, which has now tainted a day of celebration. Definitely would not recommend Shah and his team.

Memoire have not been responsive to clients phone calls/ messages. They did’nt put an effort to meet client on discussion of client’s wedding deco selection when this wedding event is once in a lifetime… They promise to client can provide customise deco based on client’s request but on the event itself the deco turn up to be totally different from what client have chosen… Very poor service from Memoire & not recommend to use them!

The Wedding dais & all deco stated on our purchase agreement not fully ready even event have started. Memoire in charge Mr Syah and Mdm Nisa have been avoiding all our calls, messages and they are irresponsible! 2 weeks before event, even the wedding cards artwork are not ready which ended up we have to fork up additional cost to source out other wedding card vendor! Despite so many messages reminder sent to both Memoire in charge Mr Syah & Mdm Nisa, still services stated in agreement are not fully given. Their ground worker staff are lost and when asked where is the incomplete dais and deco, the staff quoted that the in charge Mr Syah will be coming to set up the deco but the in charge Mr Syah face is not seen throughout until event end at 4pm. Even after event end they have been avoiding our phone call & don’t bother to do a service recovery after they have made so many damages! VERY POOR SERVICE, IRRESPONSIBLE VENDOR & HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
