For my church wedding, Tricia and team (Mackenzie, Kym, Amanda, Syaz) were outstanding from start to finish, highly recommend if you need a wedding planner and coordinator to save you the mental stress and time!!

For my church wedding, Tricia and team (Mackenzie, Kym, Amanda, Syaz) were outstanding from start to finish, highly recommend if you need a wedding planner and coordinator to save you the mental stress and time!!

Do it! I would highly recommend MW to any potential couple looking for assuring, quality wedding planners/helpers who are initiative and VERY willing to offer help. We already had most of our vendors in mind, and knew the plans in general so we picked partial wedding planning. We wanted some help with fine-tuning and good help on the AD. We got more than that. Planning process: Tricia was always so encouraging and assuring throughout the planning process. She gave timely reminders that did not feel pressurising. The welcome package that MW provides has very useful documents for planning the schedule, sourcing potential vendors, script writing, tea ceremony arrangements etc! The schedules were looked through in details and discussed throughout a few zoom meetings. Before the AD, a document collating all the important timings, contacts and IC will be beautifully collated and sent. We were asked to share that with the bridal team and helpers involved that day too. We were based overseas then, and Tricia was very accommodating in arranging meeting timings with the big time difference! On top of that, she went above and beyond to be present for the entire rehearsal though it clashed with her family schedule. We told her to stay just for the important parts but she tried her best to make her schedule work. She has been amazing and she was always ready to advocate for our needs to various stakeholders. We wish her and her family good health and many blessings! :') AD help: The MW team come prepared with tools and skills. Tricia, Syaz and Kim (iirc) were very well-prepared. They had jisulife fans, double-sided tape for shoes/clothes, stain removing wipes, band-aids, tissues and maybe many more others that I do not know about! They each wore an in-ear communication and carried such warmth, professionalism and positivity to make sure we were happy on our wedding day. There were a lot of movement throughout the church ceremony and all of them were ready to get up and move things around at the correct time. It must have been such a tiring day. Syaz would make sure I stood in the shade while she stood in the sun with the fan blowing my armpits/under my gown (never knew I needed to stay cool there, once again they are equipped with tools and skills). Kim had such a calm tone and was very effective in communicating out schedule needs to family members, us and other vendors. She would chat with us about our interests and was generous in compliments. During the dinner reception for photos, Tricia followed us around table to table, hugging my train and ducking behind me to stay out of frame. It was definitely legs day for her. They made sure to stay behind to pack away our belongings, and see that the tear-down was done properly. Our AD ended relatively early and we were always on time which was what we wanted and a pleasant surprising for our family. I would think that the company culture is great in order to attract these talents and with Tricia as one of the founders. I cannot praise this team enough. My only regret is we did not get to take a group photo together! Our guests and family members kept asking us who these people were because they were very impressed by them.
