Whether you are a worry-wreck, micromanager, or a want-it-all-but-budget, I Do For You will put you at ease. We reside overseas and were not in Singapore for the entire planning process but it was no issue at all. It is as if we had a personal executive assistant, a super capable one at it. We engaged I Do For You (IDFY) from the start of our wedding planning and also had them see through our actual day coordination. It might most probably be the reason why we did not experience any stress or frustration commonly associated with wedding planning. We had Steffie and her team back us up at each stage: - We clearly expressed our vision and the IDFY team worked towards it, executed it, and brought it to life together with their I Style For You (ISFY) team. - We did not have to personally flick or scroll through the internet and Instagram to figure out or source which vendor would suit best. We expressed our ideas, wants, and needs to the team and were provided with different vendors we could choose from that would most likely be aligned with what we wanted. This included site visits, HMUA, photograph & videography team, caterers, tables and chairs vendor, AVs, decor, styling, and solemniser. - Signing with IDFY also meant that we had the opportunity to consider and engage preferred vendors at a more desirable rate. - We did not have to personally correspond and deal with unresponsive Vendors. Steffie and her team were always on the ball. - Whilst we had specific items we wanted for the wedding, Steffie and her team also ensured that all other areas and items were covered. - This was not an easy task, especially when the venue we chose was a venue-only with no inclusions, and all vendors had to be brought on-site. - Steffie drew up a detailed timeline of the day and we held meetings to ensure we were satisfied and nothing was left out. - Kerenza was efficient and assisted us by requesting relevant quotations as and when we had any ideas so that we could properly consider my options, and she was also quick to conduct follow-ups with Vendors. - Steffie was also knowledgeable in Chinese wedding "traditions"/ adapted traditions, which assisted us in our understanding. Steffie and her team are meticulous and detail-oriented. On the day of the wedding, my now husband and I were able to truly enjoy and take in our wedding day - fuss-free. Even though there was an issue with our drinks vendor (at no fault of IDFY), the IDFY team (Steffie, Kerenza, Tiffany, and Novilia) managed the situation and our guests really well and we did not have to step in to interfere, and solve and resolve the issue. They brought sparkle to the venue and we did not have to lift a finger on the day. Everything and everyone was everywhere they needed to be. The team worked tirelessly for us to be able to live and relive a beautiful day. I highly recommend IDFY to anyone planning an event - yes, any event. I cannot be happier to have them on our special day. I am confident that they will be able to tackle any type of event I wish to host in the future. This incident was brought up during our friends gathering as we were congratulating them on their marriage. As such, this unexpected demeanor from the supposed professional service providers raised concerns about the smooth execution (as perhaps there seemed to be internal issues of the wedding), detracting from the celebratory nature of the occasion. Upon further inquiry, it became evident that this staff member was integral to the wedding planning team, including being the company's founder. This revelation was disappointing to say the least, considering the expectation of a professional and enthusiastic approach from all involved, particularly from a company that prides itself on delivering a luxurious experience. While I recognize this might be an isolated incident (hopefully), it nonetheless left an impression that prompts me to share this feedback. The essence of this review is to provide constructive criticism rather than to harm the company's reputation. However, it does raise concerns about whether such attitudes are reflective of the wider team or the company's culture, stemming from the leadership’s direction.

I would like to thank Steffi and her team (Kerenza and Lei) for their utmost professionalism, transparency and clear communication which resulted in the success of our event without any hiccups. Overall the engagement was good and they were super responsive to all our questions and doubts in the months prior and it seemed like we were more chill as compared to them.
