We just celebrated our wedding weekend and hired Holy Moly as our day of coordinators. They were nothing but fantastic from the initial call with Chelsea several months ago discussing my ideas and the vendors I had already booked, to getting in contact with us 1 month before the actual wedding date and starting to take over communication with the various vendors I had booked. Her team was exceptional on the day of, helpful in every aspect you can imagine would be needed on your wedding day to take the pressure off of you so you can enjoy as much as possible. Chelsea, Jacqueline, Clara and Juney were all a vital and essential part to ensure our wedding dreams came to life and we could not have done it without them. I hope there comes a day in the future (not for planning another wedding haha) but for something else that we get to work with them again! It was truly a pleasure and we are blessed to have had them by our side. Thank you lovely ladies for such a brilliant wedding and for putting up with our rowdy crowd!

I have no words to say about Chelsea, Clara and the entire Holy Moly team! Did I get your attention already? Hahahaha,... This is going to be lengthy but worthwhile! My now wife and I decided to get married about 5 months before the actual date. We actually planned on doing a solemnization first but decided to switch it to a solemnization plus full fledged wedding. We decided we had to hire a wedding planner given our hectic schedules and how we envision our wedding day to be. We chanced upon Chelsea and her team (thanks to the all so mighty Google) and decided to meet up with her to discuss what we had in mind. She was very receptive to our ideas yet also not giving in to all our requests. She pointed out certain things that might look out of place and not make things seamless and holistic. (Trust me, it's a very important aspect). Throughout the entire journey she was with us telling us which of our ideas won't work that well and what would and that is the kind of value add that you'd want from a planner as well as with liasing with the vendors etc. Nearer to the actual day, Clara took over most of the day to day communications (we chose the not so high tier package) but we are really grateful that Chelsea was with us most of the journey. That being said, Clara did an amazing job, making sure that pre and actual wedding everything went exactly like how my wife and I envisioned and wanted. Our guests were really impressed and they had such a good time during our wedding. In my personal opinion, if you're looking for a wedding planner, you don't want a 'yes' person, you'd want someone to tell you if what you want works and if it doesn't, what are the alternatives. And Holy Moly does that straight to the tee!
I heard of HolyMoly after my friend recommended them saying it was the best money spent for her wedding planning. After seeing how Chelsea, Clara, Sam and the rest of the team gave us the mental bandwidth to actually enjoy our wedding, I echo the same sentiments and hiring a coordinator is now the first piece of advise I tell my friends who are planning their own wedding celebrations. We got the package that included actual day coordination and planning 30 days prior to the event. From the time the contract started, Chelsea and her team were with us every step of the way. They helped us smoothen a lot of kinks we had in our planning, double checked all our contracts with the vendors and did so in a manner that was respectful of our time and bandwidth. We want to give a special recommendation for Clara who was really amazing for the actual day coordination. She was there through every single step, nudged our guests (and me) at the appropriate times in a very subtle and polite way, reminded us to relax and enjoy and overall, made the experience a much enjoyable one because we could in a way, turn off our working brains and let her do the hard work of coordination. We recently engaged Holy Moly’s team to assist with our actual day wedding coordination, and we have to say that this was probably the best decision that we made during our wedding planning. Chelsea, Juney, Jacqueline, Xin Hui and Ying were extremely helpful and the team’s wealth of experience really shone through the day. Their familiarity with the wedding venues and processes was evident and deeply appreciated, especially when it came to our church solemnisation and being aware of the requirements by the church. The team also gave us valuable inputs and recommendations with regard to the flow of events, and were always responsive to our questions leading up to the wedding day. They made our special day stress free and were with us every step of the way. A special shoutout to Juney who somehow managed to be in multiple places at the same time to assist with coordination.
