We recently had the pleasure of working with Ihsan and his team for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the big day itself, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Planning Process: Ihsan was a true professional from the beginning. All goes well accept on the special day, when we turn up at 9amm there was no representative from the company to coordinate. All the pre meetings are with the bride and groom and since they are busy on their special day, they are not able to coordinate and we expect the planner to be around from the start. It was chaotic when the wedding cakes arrive and all the dulang arrive. Reason being the wedding planner came home late and as such not able to come at 9am. The representative only arrive at between 10.20am to 1030am when guest started to arrive at 10.15am The complimentary canapes very pathetic, enough for 40 pax. they promise is for 100pax if can remember correctly. There was no announcement when the canapes was served at 10.15am as per itinerary. Since the emcee only setup at 10.30am. The emcee is such a letdown, no experience only if i know the quality I would have engage outside vendor. There are a lot more negative things to list down but for now I leave it as it is. By the way I am the father of the bride giving my comments on that occasion since my daughter is busy and do not know what is happening on the ground.
