Even though we handled much of the planning ourselves, their expertise was invaluable, filling in gaps we didn't even realise existed. Months before the big day, they helped us craft a detailed, well-structured itinerary that was both comprehensive and flexible. Right up to the final moments, they remained accommodating, incorporating new ideas and extra tasks. On our wedding day, they truly allowed us to relax and be fully present. We barely touched our phones thanks to a coordinating member always being by our side. Their team liaised seamlessly with everyone involved: the venue, all our external vendors, the emcee, and our helpers. They timed key moments like the door opening, provided assistance with holding the bride's gown, and managed all AV aspects from slides to music. We were also so grateful for their help with setting up our tables (name cards and door gifts), preparing and assisting with our tea ceremony, cutting and distributing our cake, and even dabao-ing our food!
