Discuss how they encourage participation, handle a quiet crowd and avoid putting reluctant guests on the spot.

Do not rely on a general “bilingual” label. Confirm the exact language mix, proficiency and ability to switch naturally during a live programme.

Share important ceremonies, names and family preferences, then ask how they respond when a speech, march-in or banquet segment runs late.
