Warehouse 16

A roller coaster ride as we got married during phase 2 during the pandemic. Warehouse 16 was very patient with us as that period, government rules were changing constantly while we planned the wedding almost a year a year before the pandemic. They were extremely patient with us, as the crowd size shrunk from our pre-planed 150 pax to 20, and then increased again once more to 50, and finally to a 100 pax and we decided not to postpone nor change anything further, and stuck to 50. Was glad to follow through our wedding with warehouse 16, with only our family members, we were extremely happy with our wedding. The projector was clear, speakers and mic provided were loud and clear. It was a air-conditioned room and it was nice and cooling, I appreciated that a lot. Wife definitely appreciated the changing room that was on the second level, it was huge, we had so much space to put our stuff. The building was a little hard for some of our older guests to find as from the main road, it was not very detailed to know which was the exact building to turn in, the younger folks seem to be fine and able to pin point and locate it easily with the map and so on and so forth. Clare was wonderful, she was merticulous, very detailed, every single phase of the wedding was spot on, the songs and videos were played on time as scheduled. From planning the wedding at warehouse 16, to execution of it on the very day, till date 3 months had past, and the memory still lingers on my mind. A very thank you, to all of you at warehouse 16. I wish you all the best, and glad we were here.

We first approached Clare in EOY 2020 and she arranged a viewing for us soon after. Upon having a tour of the space, we decided to host our wedding there. Throughout the entire planning process, Clare was very communicative and proactive in suggesting ideas and tweaks to make our biggest day proceed as smoothly as possible. In addition, due to the government's last min announcement of P2(HA) restrictions, she made accommodations in terms of number of hours of hire. Parking withing GS building (where Warehouse 16 is located at) is limited, and alternative parking may be far for older folks and families with young children to walk. Entrance to the place is also not very easy to find. During the actual day, Clare and her team were there a few hours early to set up and go through soundchecks. Delegation of work was done efficiently and we had full confidence that our programme would proceed perfectly. Clare even had the foresight to keep some of our wedding cake for us, which was a nice touch. Overall, if you are looking for a venue with industrial vibes and a rugged but yet sophiscated look, W16 is an excellent choice to consider.
