Attended a wedding fair last weekend, would like to take the opportunity to commend and express my appreciation for Ms Elise. Surprising to us, she was from Housekeeping, the way she carried herself, I thought she was from the sales team. But nonetheless, her service was immaculate, highly knowledgeable and very warm. The way she promotes the brand, hotel and services from start to finish is just very pleasant, was very happy to hear more from her. She knows the fine line, and has a very good attribute for marketing, not your typical marketing person. I just wanted to say a big thanks to her, because while we have met a lot of frontline hoteliers, very rarely, we get to meet the Housekeeping Head. In my years of stay at Marriott properties, first time meeting a Housekeeping Head who carries herself with such finesse and standards. Will be back again for the spa based on her recommendations.
