We recently attended a wedding at this venue, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. The main contact person, Ajay, was unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Communication was poor, and he often did not respond to our questions or concerns in a timely manner. On the day of the event, several things went wrong that could have been avoided with better organization and planning. For instance, insufficient tables were set up, leaving some guests without a proper place to sit, which caused unnecessary stress. The setup was delayed, and the staff seemed unprepared and disorganized, negatively impacting the flow of the event. To make matters worse, after sharing our concerns, we discovered that Ajay had asked his friends to post positive reviews to boost the venue’s rating, rather than addressing the actual issues. This feels dishonest and misleading to potential clients. Overall, we were disappointed with the level of service provided and would not recommend this venue for important events like weddings.

During our event, Ajay entered the space with a visibly angry demeanor, further upsetting our guests. This is not how a professional should conduct themselves. Any disagreements should be addressed directly with the wedding organizer, not with the innocent guests who are there to celebrate. Ajay's actions were completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Furthermore, Ajay did not clearly communicate his expectations to the wedding organizer from the beginning. Even Ajay admitted this but then went online to falsely claim that we did not comply with his expectations. This is simply outrageous and unfair. We cannot be expected to respect a vendor who disrespects our guests on such an important day. Ajay's behavior is a blatant double standard, and it was extremely disheartening to witness. My advice to Ajay: If you cannot conduct yourself in a professional manner, perhaps it's time to consider a different career path, one that does not involve customer interaction. The only positive aspect of this ordeal was Ajay's staff, who demonstrated true professionalism. They handled last-minute changes efficiently and did not make a fuss over unforeseen circumstances. Their professionalism was the only saving grace in an otherwise disappointing experience.
