The wedding would not have been as successful if not for the team’s professional input and expertise. The ballroom itself was spacious, stunning, and cozy, providing our guests with the ideal environment to celebrate this monumental occasion. The food served during the event also received overwhelmingly positive feedback from guests. We would also like to thank Mr. Shafiq (Floor Manager) and the many staff members who were on the ground that day for their efficiency in ensuring that the food was always topped up and available for our guests. Finally, we would like to extend our biggest appreciation and thanks to Mr. Zaidi AKA Obek Zaidi, our Wedding Planner. His outstanding professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for our family meant that personal requests and needs were met. His exceptional sense of urgency and sincere desire to make our vision a reality meant that any concerns were addressed almost immediately. For example, while we were planning where to source specific Malay ethnic decorations (Bunga manggar), he immediately said that he would be more than happy to provide them for free including the yellow umbrella. During the event itself, he was always readily available and actively checking up on us while asking if we need any assistance.
