Sadly, don't waste your time. 0 contact, 0 professionalism. I contacted this venue around 3 months ago for some basic info about rental. I've since received maybe 3 emails and 1 call over a period of 2 months letting me know that they'll be in touch soon and send the info (the kind of info literally every other wedding venue I've contacted has sent within 1-2 days in a simple email). This was also only after I sent additional emails asking if the info was going to be sent (emails were around 3 weeks apart each time). It's very unprofessional and I don't know how they are in business. Sad as the pictures looked nice...

Response from team is ridiculously slow - no proper follow-ups after appointments, questions are not answered and overall the 'team' just don't seem very keen in helping us build our dream wedding. The amount of restrictions is stifling as well. Florist, caterers, time, etc are super restricted and pre-determined with close to zero choice to choose.
