As a seasoned traveler, it is rare to encounter such impeccable service, even among luxury establishments. From the moment I arrived, I was met with professionalism, warmth, and an outstanding level of attention to detail that truly set this hotel apart. The concierge team, led by Michel, with Clemence, Ryan, Sharvin, and Harvey, was simply outstanding. They anticipated my every need, handled requests with efficiency and grace, and greeted me with a warm “Bonjour” every time I returned. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and commitment to excellence ensured that my stay was seamless and memorable. The front desk team also delivered exceptional service, but Jane stood out the most. Her genuine warmth, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail made every interaction a pleasure. Her ability to make guests feel truly welcome is a rare quality, and she represents the very best of hospitality. The bar team—Kris, Wienz, and John—created an incredible atmosphere each evening with their expert mixology skills and welcoming personalities. Every cocktail was crafted to perfection, and their passion for what they do was evident in every drink they served. The housekeeping team maintained an immaculate level of cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay. Their attention to detail, from the perfectly arranged rooms to the small thoughtful touches, contributed immensely to the luxurious experience. A special mention must go to Mr. Jeffry Tan, Executive Assistant Manager, whose leadership and personal engagement left a lasting impression. He took the time to personally check in with me, and it was clear that his dedication to hospitality is reflected throughout the hotel. His ability to create an environment where every guest feels valued speaks volumes about the culture he fosters within his team. Was a wedding guest at Wallich Ballroom, had an unfortunate incident where my shoe completely opened up. Thankfully one of the staff, Kris, very helpfully made an emergency call and within minutes had a tube shoe glue in hand to help my shoe and I last the night. Much appreciated the fantastic service, and the food was good too!

Engagement w Fern (hotel wedding coordinator) has been smooth sailing and easy w prompt response to all our questions from day 1. Hubby and I were utterly blown away by their hospitality w sincere and considerate planning and arrangement in every aspect of our big day. From having a dedicated person (ie named Xue Chee) being assigned to help me at every moment e.g adjusting my dress, bringing me honey lemon water and plain water to my hubby without us asking every once in a while (she is super awesome), and the banquet manager (Wilson) offering to prepare porridge for me instead as I wasn’t feeling well to successfully coaxing my 4 flower girls and boy to behave in exchange for free ice cream 🤣 Food was awesome w numerous guests complimenting the taste of the dishes (even my fussy high standard friends were convinced). Was initially worried that the portion may not be enough for a 7 course lunch but surprisingly my guests left happily full after the event. Suite is awesome and spacious just that mini bar isn’t complimentary and the wedding package doesn’t include the club lounge :’) We have never stayed in Sofitel prior to our wedding engagement but we are absolutely delighted that we have made the right choice in choosing Sofitel city centre as our wedding venue. Super highly recommended if you want a fuss free and dedicated team to support your big day.
