Came here for a wedding banquet. Food definitely did not reflect 5 star hotel.. some of the dishes came cold and the portioning was not even too. The ballroom was nice though, and service was okay~ Rooms were spacious and clean.

hey everyone! just had my trial dinner recently and sharing some comments here, hopefully it’ll helpful to couples who are choosing their dishes! Combination platter I really liked everything we chose! Scallop Gratinated with Cheese and Tobiko - the tobiko was mixed with the cheese before baking so not obvious and was practically non exsistent, but i think it’s okay if not it might be too salty. The older people (my parents and grandma) requested for less cheese Wok-fried Crabmeat and Osmanthus Egg - i love this! could taste the wok hei Smoked Duck with Pineapple Salsa - salsa tasted quite legit, like the kind you’ll find in mexician restaurants Suckling pig - it was crispy, not too fatty and didn’t have that smelly pig smell. they gave sweet sauce at the side, self service Char Siew Chicken Yam Puff - nice, not too oily or jelat Treasures from the South China Sea with Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, Crabmeat and Scallop overall flavour was nice, ingredients were generous too. abit too starchy for my liking but everyone else was okay Roasted chicken with Almond and Golden Garlic we didn’t like the rice puffs that came with it cause not crispy after awhile. couldn’t see any fried garlic also so we clarified and it was just garlic powder, requested for some fried garlic in replacement for the rice puff Steamed Garoupa, HK style normal steamed fish, nothing to fault. personally wasn’t a huge fan of the garlic on top but my husband was okay so we left it as that Prawn with Pumpkin and Bonito Flakes prawns were huge. couldn’t taste much pumpkin but my family was okay with it so we left it as that Braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber overall okay dish, don’t expect high quality sea cucumber or abalone Chilli crab with Mantou everyone agreed that this was something special and better than the usual noodles or rice that could be too filling. there were large chunks of crabmeat inside too so it was nice to have chilli crab without peeling crab. i’m a mala medium spicy kinda person while my husband thinks mcspicy is too spicy and he thought this spice level was okay but i thought that spiciness was abit too overpowering. we requested to reduce the spiciness to cater for the older people Orh Nee was not as good as we expected. not too sweet, but couldn’t taste the coconut and the yam was abit dry. so we requested for more coconut milk

We just had our wedding in PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay and our wedding manager Jodi was really amazing. We are confident to say that we have gotten the best wedding manager and would highly recommend her to everyone whose looking to host their wedding here. We really appreciated her hard work and coordination for us to make this event a success❤️ the team we had on the actual day really coordinated seamlessly with us. We would like to commend our banquet manager Darrell as well, he was really meticulous and guided us really well. Compliments to the chef as everyone had raving reviews of the food quality and portions, exactly what we wanted!
