I was surprised that the food wasn't very good. Mediocre at best, definitely not worth the per table price for a wedding dinner. Hopefully this is just a one off experience
My husband and I stayed at the Pan Pacific hotel a few days ago while we were preparing for our wedding at a restaurant nearby. We stayed there for a total of 3 nights and we received great hospitality and service from the hotel staff. The staff at the front desk was attentive and helpful while we were checking in, and the bellboys on duty throughout our stay were nothing short of friendly, approachable and helpful. Great location and great service standards. We'll definitely be back.
First time going there for a wedding party. Food was fabulous. Servicing was great.
Went for a wedding at the ocean ballroom and the experience was really bad. Firstly, the service crew use her hands to wipe off the spoon surface when I told her to get me a new one as the existing ones had stained 🤮 The first dish, cold platter was really COLD and taste like it had been cooked for hours ago :( The ocean ballroom looks more like a room for corporate or office settings rather than for wedding
