Disappointing Stay Despite Good Service – Oasia Resort Sentosa I booked a two-night Courtyard Premier room stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa to attend my friend’s wedding, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Upon arrival, Devi at the front desk assisted me with check-in. She had a great attitude and was very helpful, even arranging for my friend, the bride, to have an early check-in to her Junior Suite the next day. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated. The overall front desk service was professional, and the staff were courteous. The hotel’s ambiance and aesthetics were also quite nice, with a peaceful and welcoming lobby. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. • Day 1: My stay got off to a rough start when I was disturbed by loud cries and screaming from a child in the room next door. It made it difficult to rest, so I informed the front desk. They assured me that the guests were only staying for one night and would be checking out the next day. I hoped this meant the second night would be quieter. • Day 2: Instead of a peaceful night, it turned out to be even worse. It genuinely felt like I was staying at a love motel—there were loud and continuous moaning sounds from a woman who had checked into the same room next door that day. It was extremely disturbing and unpleasant to experience, making it impossible to ignore. • Day 3: I was woken up halfway through my sleep by persistent dog barking. It was frustrating to be disrupted yet again, capping off what was already a disappointing stay. For a resort of this standard, I expected much better soundproofing to ensure a restful experience. During checkout, I shared my feedback with Firdaus at the front desk. He was patient, professional, and took the time to listen to my experience. I truly appreciated his attentiveness, but it didn’t change the fact that my stay was far from the relaxing and luxurious experience I had anticipated. While the hotel offers good service and a visually appealing atmosphere, the poor soundproofing and disruptive environment completely ruined my stay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay.

I had my wedding at Oasia Resort Sentosa and extended my stay with my family and relatives with the Oasia Wellness package! They made the stay splendid and a good getaway as suite guests could join many of their wellness workshops which were all done very professionally and friendly. The rooms I must say is considered spacious, even for their premiere rooms I find. The service staff were friendly and very helpful that always come towards me when I was going to check in or check out. I like that the hotel tries to reduce wastage but at the same time takes into consideration to ensure each experience still remains luxurious. Breakfast was ala carte but the portion was filling enough for me. It was such a memorable experience that my family and I wont mind coming back for more again! Kudos for team Oasia.

Celebrated my wedding anni in Oasia Sentosa. Staffs were friendly and helpful, the hotel is not pram-friendly but staffs will help to carry the pram up and down the stairs.

I was at Le Meridien for a wedding. Loved the decor, has a rustic feel while retaining more than a semblance of modernity. The food and beverages at the wedding were very good. I liked the ambience very much.
