Definitely won't be staying here again. Was looking forward to having a decent coffee rather than the awful stick coffee on arrival. However, even though booking via the hotel specified that there was a nespresso machine, there wasn't. I had to go to the pool to call the concierge, because the phone in my room was faulty. So, I thought since it's late afternoon already, I'll ask for decaf coffee. Called many times, kept apologising that coffee was on its way. Received normal coffee in the meantime. Three + hours later, no decaf coffee so I call AGAIN. They sent someone who was again holding regular coffee capsules. By now it's after 7pm. I reiterated that I wanted decaf coffee and he told me there was none. So, it took them 3 hours to discover that they actually didn't have any?? Additionally, the ONLY channels on the tv that I wanted to use (kids channels for my child) were not working& the tv is not a smart tv. They were also cleaning the room next to ours at 10pm??? The bathroom is moldy and shabby compared to similar priced hotels I've stayed at in Singapore. The pool is shabby, there is dirt and mold floating by the steps, and there is no shade. I definitely recommend going to the Courtyard (Marriott) instead.

Terrible inflexible management. Here for my son's wedding, I booked 2 rooms personally and a total of 5 for my other guests. I booked one room (pre-paid) for one day longer than needed by mistake as I clicked the wrong button on the payment completion page. After realising the mistake I then e-mailed Agoda and then the hotel direct, they would not credit or refund the extra day! A phone call direct to the hotel had the same result. On arrival I explained this all again and still the same, they would not even upgrade my room or offer ANYTHING. To make matters worse on check out they tried to charge me for breakfast, even though it was included on the pre-paid room. The final straw was instead of a normal pre-authorisation on my card they actually charged me the $200 deposit, which took 3 weeks for the refund. I will certainly never stay with this hotel group again as the management has no clue about customer service and ensuring customers are happy even if that means they have to be flexible.

Attended a wedding at the courtyard. It was a nice small banquet room with a cozy outdoor foyer for the solemnization. The place was very easy to find. It was only about 5 minutes walk through the underpass from the mrt. Food quality was decent and they provided coffee machines. Banquet staffs were professional.
