My husband and I were so impressed watching her not only lead her team but also step in to assist wherever needed. Her passion and commitment to excellence were evident, and it truly elevated our experience. Has to be the most disappointing hotel we have ever stayed!!! I am a Titanium elite member and have never been treated so poorly. So insane expensive, tiny, room, no welcome gift except 5 little cookies, no drink, no hot /cold towel, no welcome drink - absolutely the most disappointing hotel we have ever been!!! This was supposed to be my birthday celebration and I could not be more disappointed - with the service, with the room, with the hotel, with the management! Absolutely terrible! Shame on you JW Marriott!!! I then received an email from “Zita” asking if I had a nice check in. I just met with Luna who besides saying I am sorry 100 times did absolutely nothing! We are not even allowed to eat in the main dining room as there is an extra 35 usd/person even though as a Titanium elite member breakfast is always included. When we went to bed, there was 1 little turn down chocolate and 1 pair of slippers even though there were two of us staying here. Yea, little things but I wanted to feel special and all they did was ruin the weekend. I am so embarrassed that I pushed for this hotel. My friends came all the way from Germany to soend it with me and this is what we got. Shame on you Marriott!!!!Seems they learn here tYou have ruined my special day!!!!

On our special day, the amazing banquet team, Thana and Angela, went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. Angela was an absolute gem, she made sure we had food during our preparation for the second march-in and even thoughtfully prepared water and a pair of comfortable shoes for me, knowing I was wearing high heels. Her kindness and attentiveness truly meant the world to us. The food was not only delicious but also generously portioned, and the service was impeccable. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the mouthwatering food, the enchanting ambience, and the stunning venue. A heartfelt thank you to Chanel, Thana, and Angela for pouring so much love and dedication into making our wedding day truly unforgettable. We will forever cherish the beautiful memories created at JW Marriott South Beach!

Engaged JW Marriott for my wedding banquet, they go the extra mile to answer me and my fiancées queries. The entire process has been very smooth, even down to food tasting, we could sense the passion the chef has for giving us the best for food. Yan Ning has been extremely helpful and prompt, taking care of details we may overlook. Overall a great experience!

It's not particularly spacious, but it's a comfortable hotel to stay in. The executive lounge is on the second floor and doesn't have a particularly special view, but they offer a wide variety of food for breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time. Compared to the JW Marriott in Dongdaemun, Korea, the rooms are not as good or spacious, but the customer service is excellent. The pool and gym on the 18th floor are well equipped and provide a satisfying workout. The view from the pool on the 18th floor is great.
