Although our salesperson Phoebe wasn’t around on our wedding day, Joey the event coordinator is very very reliable and on the ball. Our wedding ran smoothly with excellent communication from him. We relied on Joey entirely for timing (even song timing, cue to march in, in sync with song) and he was very initiative as well! He helped us with his own phone, blue tooth connect our march in song in our solemnisation room and also played background music in between when guests are waiting for bride and groom to re enter for second march etc. We felt Joey went above and beyond his job scope.. we felt he genuinely wanted us to have the best and a smooth sailing wedding ever.. Although Phoebe wasn’t around on the actual day, we felt she was very accommodative to our request as we do not reside locally so she was very flexible with food tasting schedule etc. Although we felt the bridal room was far from lift, corridor was unusually warm and stuffy.. this was not of any fault of the wedding planing staffs but rather the facility. Overall, given the price of the package, it was very value for money. We recommend this hotel to any couples who are tight on budget but would also love a decent hotel to tie the knot in.

We hosted our wedding at JEN Tanglin, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out. From the moment we arrived for the initial tour to the final moments of our celebration, the team (Xinyi and Phoebe) was incredibly professional, attentive, and dedicated to making our day perfect. The ballroom itself is cosy and elegant which was the ideal atmosphere for our smaller reception. Special mention to Joey and his team as they ensured everything ran smoothly, from coordinating with vendors to ensuring our guests were comfortable and well taken care of. The food was also a highlight, with many of our guests complimenting the quality of every course. The steamed lotus rice was a hot favourite!!! Overall, hosting our wedding at JEN Tanglin was an unforgettable experience, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making our day so special. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding experience!

Hi we had our wedding banquet dinner recently at Hotel Jen Tanglin. It was well planned and executed. We would like to thank Xin Yi , our events manager for assisting and advising us from the start till the completion of the wedding. She was easy to work with and accommodating to our many requests. :) We would also like to thank Joey the banquet manager for managing the night smoothly too. He helped to guide us on each event cue along the way and also ensured we are on time for each spot of the wedding. Indeed he took care of us throughout the event and with our ad hoc requests after the dinner ended too. We also want to thank the events staff for their services rendered to our guests.

She connected with us on a personal level and was able to provide a smooth process for us. We had our part favours sent 2 days in advance, Xin Yi and the banquet staffs meticulously took care of our items and made sure they were all set up for our wedding. We didn't give them any instructions of placing the wedding favours but they had put so much thoughts into it. Joey, our banquet manager was truly one of the best. He took care of us before we even started our tea ceremony all the way till our vendor cleared the banquet hall. The dishes served on our wedding night for our guests were super good and received many great comments. Kudos to Xin Yi, Joey and the entire banquet team.
