Chose this place to hold my wedding banquet, and it's one of the best decisions ever made. Firstly, it is located in town, making it super convenient for your guests. They can just take the mrt to Somerset and it's a 5 to 10 mins walk away. Secondly, price is affordable for a 8 course lunch menu, compared to other hotels. The ballroom is also very spacious, and it can fit from 10 tables (min) to much more if the partition is opened up. Walk in aisle is also very long, so suitable for brides who want a long march in. There are chandeliers in the ballroom which makes the place look very grand. Live feed of the stage can also be played on the screens for guests. Food served was also nice, and you actually get to select each dish from a wide variety rather than being forced to go with a set menu. They have their in house kitchen that caters just to wedding banquets. Service was also great! Contract is negotiable, they offered 2 nights stay at the bridal suite. My wedding coordinator Vanessa was very responsive and prompt in her replies. She made me feel very confident that the day will proceed without a hitch, and took into consideration all my special requests. There was also an AV Testing day, as well as a finalization meeting to confirm the details. The banquet wait staff were also very attentive that day, and everytime I wanted to stand up, there's someone to pull my chair away or help me with the train of my gown. On the actual day, Vanessa was also present to ensure everything runs smoothly. She even helped my parents adjust their outfit just before the march in, and opened the door for us. At the end of the event, she also checked in on us. Highly recommend brides to choose holiday inn for your wedding!

We had a great experience and I want to thanks the Sales Manager, Moe Pyay for all the help and services provided during our wedding and stay with the hotel. I want to thanks the Banquet Manager which I cant remember the name but was also a great help for our wedding! Appreciate all the help rendered for our wedding!

Held my wedding there and the service was rendered by the event coordinator for my wedding was the lousiest coordinator ever as she never kept up with the appointment or email follow ups or fulfilled our bookings for the room before the wedding which led us to wait for the suite room for almost 4hrs. Did not even drop by to check on the event if everything is fine and she changed the operation manager was assigned to my event at the last minute without any prior notice and replaced him with another manager who fortunately did an awesome job thank the lord for that. I will not recommend this event venue or this Indian wedding coordinator in this hotel. Would rate them -* if there's any options given.
