Held wedding lunch banquet at Changi Ballroom in end Dec 2024, Aileen was really helpful and made it a great day for us! Our dishes were improved on the actual day after taking into consideration our comments during food tasting, our guests enjoyed it. The tea provided for our tea ceremony was great. We also liked the breakfast at Atrium Restaurant the following day. No hidden charges, would recommend to others considering hosting banquet of a similar scale. The decoration was lovely so we barely needed to add extra.

After the food tasting, we made a few requests, and the chef nailed it perfectly. Our guests absolutely loved the food, and we didn’t receive a single complaint – a true testament to the chef's skill and dedication! Next, a special shoutout to Banquet Manager Justin, who made sure the entire event ran seamlessly. Justin and his team were incredibly patient, attentive, and ensured that everything went according to plan. Even when we faced an issue with the aisle white mat from an external vendor, Justin and his team handled it swiftly and efficiently, making sure everything worked out without a hitch. We’d also like to extend our gratitude to Senior Events Manager Aileen. We had been in touch with her for a year leading up to our wedding, and she was always so patient, responsive, and accommodating. She addressed all our queries and made sure all our requests were met. The ballroom itself was stunning, and the complimentary room and bridal suite were beyond expectations. We were also delighted with the high tea and the beautiful bed decoration inside the bridal suite. It was immaculate and so thoughtfully arranged. Overall, we highly recommend Holiday Inn Atrium Singapore for hosting your events. They made our special day perfect, and we will forever cherish the memories they helped create!

She helped in every way on my big day, ensuring I was well quenched, walked right and gave us clear instructions on the event, as well as attended to my toilet need.
