Graduated two months back :) Overall great experience, we were a pair of relatively chill couple. Only started panicking over the details closer to the date (less than 2 months), however our coordinator has been very helpful and providing us with loads of advices and guidances. Food was generally nice - the guests have differing viewpoints but it tasted not bad all in all. The design of imperial ballroom is astonishing! pillarless, all the guests have great views. A little squeezy for those seated at lvl 2 and 3 but it didn’t concern the guests much. Probably slight inconvenience for the service staff. We installed the fairylights around the railing with the help of bridesmaids and groomsmen, saved the expenses of external vendor because it’s really expensive outside! The whole ballroom looked magical. All in all no regrets choosing Hilton :) Would have chosen the same if starting all over.

Hello guys, sharing my thoughts about my wedding since I’ve just graduated over the weekends :) - although the Hilton wedding package does not seem as attractive compared to other hotels, I have zero regrets choosing this location. Imperial ballroom was 💯 and the aesthetics of the hotel really wowed the guests - if you’re going ahead with imperial ballroom, please opt for the fairy lights! Especially if you have a smaller guedtlist (we did the bare minimum of 120 pax). Really gives the place an added oomph ✨ - I didn’t choose food tasting for my perks because I heard only good reviews from this group, and all my guests enjoyed the food. All (including big grown men) of them were filled to the brim! I think u can save ur perks for something else. - my wedding coordinator was very helpful and accommodated to all my needs / requests even though his replies was a biiiit slower a few months before (so don’t worry, they will treat u with TLC when ur big day draws closer). - the bridal suite is really a little small haha. Not luxurious per se but it was comfortable enough for us + 4 groomsmen to crash after. - overall it was a very pleasant and experience. It also feels exclusive and guests were comfortable too :) Hope this helps!

If you plan to have a wedding here, please dont bother. - Unresponsive - Lack of suggestions; expects people to suggest and follow up instead when it is their job to do so - Assumes you know what to do -Does not provide the necessary information that you need - Gives piece mail information when all details could have been provided from the start. Simple decision was difficult to make because coordinator just cannot give ALL info at once. Need to ask and ask. It is extremely frustrating to communicate with the coordinator; it is as though the coordinator is in the text conversation but the mind is somewhere else. Especially when weddings are usually cookie cutter events, I dont see why it is difficult to provide the basic service and comms. When people say wedding can be a stressful event, I now understand that part of the stress comes from this.
