held my wedding here, and i would not recommend! my first point of contact was maricris. she was professional, and was prompt in her responses. halfway through, an assistant director took her place to coordinate for my wedding. she replied every single questions i asked, and that's amazing. but there's always slow and delayed responses, and she never gets back to us on the date she promised for a few times :') (i understand she's busy, but she was the one who promised a dateline.) but when she does get back, she's always trying to rush me to e.g. make payment "the next day", review documents "asap", when her replies take forever. our first meet up with her was great, since she's extremely hospitable and even offered us drinks. but, she can get quite rude, especially when "educating" us what's "right" - e.g. we did not want to cater beer due to personal reasons, she kept persuading us to cater beer. even on the wedding day itself, we were willing to take the risk of holding our solemnisation at the rooftop despite the drizzle, she insisted that it was impossible as the flowers would get damp. but when we were there in the evening before the solemnisation, the place would have been perfectly fine to hold our solemnisation. even if she didn't want us to hold it there, she could have empathise with our persistence and explained nicely. to her, it's another day at work. but to us, it's possibly once in a lifetime. it was extremely frustrating dealing with her, and ironically she's the assistant director which you would have expected better. food served was horrible - guests complained so much about them that i felt so embarrassed, especially with the risotto that felt undercooked. the guy that helped us with our tea ceremony gave us a look that he didn't want to be there too lol. back to the room, it was all digitalised and even turning on the lights takes a few minutes because it's not the most fool proof thing to operate. the fan cannot be turned on and we were so hot :') the room is nice though! and the location is near funan mall, and it's a good 10-15 mins from city hall MRT. and the bellboy and staff at crystal lounge were very hospitable too! their service was immaculate :) breakfast options at crystal lounge was quite limited, but i think it's a nice place to dine at :)

Attended a friend's wedding yesterday at the Rooftop Sky Garden and Tablescape restaurant as the point-of-contact for the hotel managers. The hotel looks clean and classy. Service was top-notch - Rico and Mei were accommodating and pleasant. I appreciated the briefing prior to the wedding and the opportunity for clarifications - it also shows that Rico and Mei were well-prepared for the wedding, and it gave me confidence that the wedding would run smoothly. Nisha, David and the staff at Sky Garden and Tablescape were all very attentive and we appreciate their professional service. The set up and atmosphere at Sky Garden were wonderful, except for the unfortunate occasions when the fire engine sirens could be heard clearly (fire station is situated nearby). Food at Tablescape was served at an appropriate pace and the portions were generous. The only gripe some guests had was that the bread spread served with the bread at Tablescape did not taste buttery and some were questioning if the spread was margarine rather than butter. Overall, I'd highly recommend Grand Park City Hall as a venue for a cosy and classy wedding.

I held my wedding at their Sky Garden Rooftop. One of the best decisions that me and my wife made. The Service from the concierge, Front Desk, Room Service and the catering team, Everyone did well. They were so accommodating and did their level best to make our guests happy. Thank you!

We booked for 1 night stay right after our wedding nearby. We were given a complimentary upgrade, nicely decorated room and a small gift; my hubby and I were very touched. The room is very clean and spacious, and customer service is impeccable for check in and dining. We will love to support them again.
