Came to Goodwood Park Hotel to host and sing for a wedding, and were impressed by Howard, Steven and the entire team! They had great attitude, were friendly, warm and genuine. They took care of us even though we were crew members at the event. What stood out was that Howard, the sales representative for the couple stayed throughout the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. And Steven even went out of the way to bring the couple’s reception table decor to decorate the champagne tower table. This certainly is a first for me, after doing so many weddings. The way they both went out of the way in terms of their service was really impressive. I even told them, Goodwood Park is so lucky to have you! Please keep up the good work!!! I hope to be back to work together with you again - so enjoyable!

We recently had the privilege of hosting our wedding banquet and staying at Goodwood Park Hotel and we cannot praise the staff enough for their exceptional service and dedication. From the moment we began planning our wedding, the event team (Sales Manager Howard Rosqueta and Banquet Manager Steven Yong) was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. The event team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly, addressing all our requests with professionalism and care. Their attention to detail and seamless coordination made our special day stress-free and truly unforgettable. On the day of the banquet, the staff exceeded all expectations. The setup was stunning and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests were consistently impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the team. Our stay at the hotel was equally remarkable. The front desk (Chian Yi) were warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail, from the beautifully prepared rooms to the thoughtful gestures, made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Firstly, we dealt with 3 different wedding coordinators from our first meeting to our wedding - Natalie, Malcolm, then Jeremy (we heard that Jeremy too has left and it's someone else now). We only met Natalie once but she seemed great. It all went downhill from there though. Malcolm was sometimes unresponsive and needed chasing, and the handover from Malcolm to Jeremy (2 weeks before our wedding) was horrible. Jeremy sent us a summary which included many wrong details (even having different details in his own document - e.g. 15 tables on one page and 13 tables on another page of the same doc). Jeremy was even more unresponsive and needed a lot of chasing. On our wedding day, our bridal party went to check the ballroom 2 hours before our solemnization and met the banquet coordinator Matthew there. He had gotten no information from Jeremy and had no idea what our program flow was. We had assumed we'd meet and deal with Jeremy that day but never saw him. Our table arrangements were placed wrongly, causing our close relatives to be seated at the back of the banquet hall instead of the front. Banquet staff wrongly told our guests that there was no hard liquor when there was actually 3 litres of it.

Very bad service attitude! attended wedding event and saw those manager treated his employee and staff very badly...sop is in a mess as every course interval is too short and alcohol is not easily available as well have to keep request from them

Was at the hotel for a wedding lunch. Food so so only. Service extremely slow and inconsistent. Wait staff too few to be attentive.
