Firstly i saw furama hotel from some google search that i did as i was looking for a hotel to do my wedding dinner . I was introduced by director albert liew and firstly i would like to thank him and his team for this job done . Albert will do his best to accommodate with you and give you the assurance that this task will be done nicely . The way he talks and do things you will sure have 100% trust in him as he listens to your needs and not rush into things that will make you feel pressured. He such a good man that guide us and solution and will not let you worried much . Really appreciate albert as my wedding planner and i did not regret choosing this hotel . Staff and team were amazing too with their helps without them i will probably feels lost . Thank you uncle albert and team ❤️will highly recommend this hotel 👍

We booked Furama RiverFront as we had a wedding invitation and thought that it'd be a good place for staycation. What attracted us the most was the pricing, the newly renovated (Studio Queen) room, the complimentary parking and the convenience of having a convenience store at the building. On the day of arrival, there was a long queue as we arrived concurrently with a tourist guests. We opted for the 'Web Check-In' kiosk as it might be faster (as we had done it online as well) and seamless. Unbeknownst to us, we had trouble to do so and out of nowhere, at a perfect timing, Mae approached us to assist. We had no idea what went wrong and leave it to her good hands while she did her magic. What was even magical was she kindly upgraded our visit- it was truly unexpected! From looking like a lost-eyed deers to a kid who just scored a Disneyland ticket, we were very thankful to have met with Mae (even the card has a personal touch to it!). (P.s: We're locals driving to the hotel btw so the location in terms of accessibility to places of tourist interest is not accounted for. Some of the room (design) are dated but as you can see from the range of the room they have to offer means they are constantly keeping them in trend/refurbished ^^).

Hello everyone! I had my wedding lunch at the Waterfall on 2nd Dec. While my guests didn't send me any food photos, they told me that they were surprised by how good the food were (especially the fish)! My banquet coordinator is Uncle Albert and we have nothing but praise and appreciation for him! 😊😊 When I was unwell, he immediately went to the resistant and request for mushroom soup for me! 😊😊

Attended a wedding at Venus ballroom. Lack of directions at level 1 to the ballroom at level 3. No front desk personnel to approach and hence had to navigate ourselves. Food was okay and the waiter took awhile to get our drinks order.
