We had a wedding at the Windows West, at the 20th floor, for a wedding of 60 pax. It was perfect with a outdoor balcony. Staff was attentive. I wasn't feeling well, so they served me hot ginger tea. Friends remarked food was good. Lewis, our coordinating manager, was also extremely professional and prompt in his replies!

We couldn’t have made a better decision than hosting our wedding luncheon at Four Seasons on February 16, 2025. From the start, Vivi, our catering manager, was incredibly patient, resourceful, and flexible, making the entire planning process so much smoother. On the actual day, Richelle, our banquet manager, was attentive, patient, and extremely helpful. A special mention to the staff who noticed I was tearing up and immediately handed me a tissue—such thoughtful gestures truly made the day even more special. Thank you! A big shoutout to our AV manager as well—the program ran smoothly, and the backdrop looked amazing! The food was overall fantastic. Unfortunately, the first dish was a bit disappointing, as a delay in the timeline caused it to turn cold. However, the rest of the dishes met expectations and tasted just as good as they did during our food tasting. A special shoutout to the orh nee and cod fish—both were absolutely spectacular and received many compliments from our guests! Our hotel stay was equally wonderful. We were allowed to check in as early as 9 AM with minimal paperwork, which was a great convenience. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and if I had to choose again, I would undoubtedly pick Four Seasons Hotel all over again.

Reached out to Four Seasons initially to plan a wedding celebration but ultimately did not go ahead with it. However, we wanted to specially thank Jeremy for the support and assistance he has given us in the process. Our initial site visit was one of the most comprehensive wedding site visits we have attended so far and we were really able to envision how our wedding would look like as Jeremy showed us the various parts of the hotel, including the rooms too! Jeremy was also very flexible when we were negotiating the package and they were able to come up with a package that really met out needs. In terms of perks, the wedding package perks were really unparalleled (probably one of the best you can find in Singapore!), making it an extremely difficult decision for us to make. Ultimately, we went with another venue because we wanted a different aesthetic style but the hospitality and atmosphere we experienced in Four Seasons really lived up to its name. We would definitely look forward to a stay in Four Seasons in the future and will keep it in mind for any special occasions we have!

Choosing Four Seasons Hotel Singapore to hold our wedding luncheon was the best decision we ever made. Beautiful ambience with delectable food and impeccable service. From the beginning, it was Ivy Loh (Assistant Director of Catering and Conference Services) who assisted us and then, Michelle Tan (Catering Sales Manager) took over and handled our entire wedding process. Both Ivy and Michelle are truly impressive and definitely praiseworthy. We knew we are in good hands the moment we met both of them. Michelle - our wedding coordinator surpass our expectations. She addressed our queries and doubts promptly and even assisted us during weekends and after office hours. We are grateful and it’s our pleasure having you as our wedding coordinator. Thank you for accommodating to our needs and requirements 🥹😘💗 In additional, we would like to say a massive thank you to the amazing banquet team (Richelle & her team) that handled our lunch wedding at Crescent Ballroom on 13 August, Sunday. Thank you to everyone who helped us out from the solemnisation to the tea ceremony and lastly, the wedding luncheon. They were so approachable, patient, friendly and welcoming! The service was truly commendable 💯💯💯 They managed the flow of the wedding so well, even though there was last minute changes. They ensure that everything went smoothly. We received rave reviews from our guests on the overall service too. 😀✨ Our banquet food was from Jiang-Nan Chun restaurant. The culinary team did an amazing job, our guests gave positive reviews on the food too! Lastly, we are genuinely grateful to all of the staff at Four Seasons and especially to Michelle for making a memorable day for us and everyone else.
