Our wedding coordinator at fairmont, Cello, was super friendly and helpful! She definitely made our wedding journey process very smooth. Cello was helpful in providing us with the things required during our weddings. Our banquet manager was very initiative and handled things well during the AD! The hotel was amazing and we totally did not regret our decision holding our wedding there. I loved that they provided a banquet hall with a private room and reception area for the guests!

We purchased our package through the BOWS wedding convention. The package also came with the hotel suite, decor, tables, complimentary car park coupons and angpao box. The Recep lighting was quite dark actually, best for you to check out the venue personally to see if it’s okay for you! Tip, you can negotiate your package. Eg, we didn’t need wedding invites cards, so we asked for other things. The staff was all really nice and helpful. On the day of the wedding, the doors opening/timing of service of food & alcohol didn’t go as planned but that’s expected as you don’t really get to rehearse your wedding. This can be resolved with having an experienced coordinator and communication with the banquet manager beforehand. Tips: - make sure you tell your banquet manager to let the staff pour wine for your guests upon request. If they keep topping up for your guests automatically, you will may end up running out of wine early and wasting wine as well - tell your coordinator to observe the service of the food and get them to hold back the next course if it’s going too fast or if you have something big like a dance item planned next. Basically, discuss your schedule thoroughly with the hotel banquet manager beforehand and tell them when you wanna serve what. - check exactly what items your contract includes so that you know what else you need.
