Equarius Hotel

2nd year staying jn this hotel based on good experience last year. Spacious room with a luxury feel & good service. But this year experience was not so good. Upon checkin on 09/2:25, the balcony was dirty, the coffee machine was down, & the tap in basin had no hot water. WC hlass foor can’t close fully.The customer svc staff is responsive but the maintenance staff took awhile to get it done. I had just checked that basin shd both hv hot water & asked for technical assistance. It was more than 1 hr wait & past midnight now & technician just came saying he just received the call . All these defects & caused some unpleasantness & disturbance to our staycation, for hoing out ad well as sleep. still hv 1 more night stay & i hope there isn’t a 5th or more problem.its still a hotel i may choose gor our annual staycation on our wedding anniversary cum CNY relaxation, but i hope they do better maintenance b4 assignment of room to guest

Attended a wedding at the hotel. From observation, it seems that the hotel staff were not familiar with their roles during the different segments of the wedding, from solemnization to tea ceremony. One of the guests seeing what was happening even had to take initiative to help the remove the chair behind the bride as the hotel staff was not doing their job.

Food for wedding dinner was possibility the worse wedding food I've ever eaten. Not that it is bad by any means, but you are paying for the location of Sentosa, not the food. I've better noodles from most coffee shops.

Very memorable experience for me as I held my wedding proposal back in 2019, everything worked smoothly, staff were friendly, the coordinator is good and professional, ambience was great. My wife cried and agreed to my proposal instantly!

Came here for a wedding banquet. It's a quiet, spacious hotel, nestled deep on Sentosa Island. Pool is shared with the Beach Villas. Food was decent. The carb dish was fried man tou (fried bread bun) with chili crab sauce. Yam paste was smooth and not so sweet. The servers were your usual slightly lost, but trying hard bunch. Enjoyed ourselves. #localguides
